DESCRIPTION:AN INTERACTIVE PLAY RECREATING A 1775 TOWN MEETING \nDirected by Oliver Massey | Written by Wendy Bawabe based on the research and writings of James Glinski \n250 years after the Battles of Lexington & Concord in Massachusetts \n11:00 am at First Parish of Norwell | 24 River Street | Norwell \n1:30 pm at First Parish of Scituate | 330 First Parish Road | Scituate \nThis joint program with the Norwell Historical Society is most unique! \nBased on the tumultuous events of Patriots Day\, 1775\, local and professional actors will recreate the 1775 town meeting leading up to the Revolutionary War – complete with all the divisions\, arguments\, and worries of Scituate’s townsfolk. \nThe same reenactment will be performed twice – the first time at the First Parish of Norwell\, the second time at the First Parish of Scituate. \nCome EARLY to be seated in the rooms before the action begins.
