SUMMARY:Waves of History & Exploration - An Open House Special Event!
DESCRIPTION:At the July 13\, 2025 Open House event\, the Maritime & Irish Mossing Museum will have several additional interactive exhibits and displays.  Try your hand at knot tying\, or create fish paintings.  Perhaps discover a treasure while chipping away on an actual piece of recovered shipwreck off our shores.  Hands-on dory and mossing equipment will be on display\, ship models and a photo wall to commemorate your visit.  \nListen to live Irish music and sea shanties withSean McLaughlin from 1:30–3:00 PM. \nAnd don’t forget all the  treasures and history within the museum!\n \nADMISSION: \nMembers: Free – just show membership card \nNon-Members: \n\n$5 per person (includes full Open House access to Museum)\nChildren under 16 & Military: Free\n\nPolcaro’s Hulltastic Popcorn will also have snowcones and cotton candy for purchase.
