Please use this form to contact our Archivist before sending any material so that we may be sure that the material fits the Society’s Collections Policy. 

Please be as specific as possible with the description of the item(s) for donation – include names, dates, physical description (size and condition) and any other information you can see by examining the item. Include photographs of the item, if at all possible.

Please indicate if you are interested in donating the item or if you are hoping to sell it.
