The Schoolhouse

At our Schoolhouse Headquarters, also known as the Kathleen Laidlaw Center, one will find research and genealogical libraries, as well as the Carol Miles Archives. Here, our archivist, our librarian, and a team of volunteers assist scholars and the public with general questions and research inquiries.

The Genealogical & Research Libraries are open to the public at no cost. Volunteers provide guidance and are available for your questions.

Archivist hours are on Tuesday, 10 to 2.

The Schoolhouse is wheelchair accessible. There is one accessible restroom.

For security reasons, visitors using the research libraries must first store coats and bags in the coat closet or provided lockers.

The Schoolhouse offers a great selection of books, cards, and other items for sale.
